W---wait a goldurn minute. "The Tibetian Government Commerce Chamber"?
Guess it wouldn't hurt to figure out what the usual text for a Tibetian
stamp would be.
Somewhere, Gengis Cohen and Pierce Inverarity are laughing their asses off.
