ATD: candidate errata

Heard somewhere that Pynchon didn't turn in his
corrections to the publisher, something like that,
until sometime in September, which wouldn't have given
them much time to do final proofing and get the book
out when they did.  

Somebody should forward the final list of errata to
Penguin for use in a future printing.
