ATD got-damn

My maternal grandfather said "got-damn" instead of
Goddamn, and it wasn't a euphemism, just
pronunciation. He lived in Oklahoma most of his later
years, although he spent his early career on an oil
drilling crew, one of the first if not absolutely the
first (or so I've always heard) in  Colorado.  He was
one of the roughnecks, blue collar, not a money man. 
Grandma had quite the Oklahoma twang, too; she said
"wrench" instead of rinse, for example, but she tended
to say "gol-durn" instead of "got-damn" when she got
excited.
