Yeah, we over here also have that.

Seems to me these latter day modification are paying homage to one of  
the most commonly heard expressions world-wide during WWII
namely "your fucking ass!"

Carried a huge variety of meanings but  two contrasting ones were  
"you're totally correct" and "you're totally wrong."

However "fucking a" by itself always meant agreement or approval.

if memory serves.

Always a big question mark.
