Ain't Webb one of them "Black Clad Assassins", or at least an assassin 
working "sub rosa"? Ain't all that talk about the "Anti-Stone" really
talk about doomsday weapons? if anybody's gonna use some sort
of postal system devoid of Governmental attachment, don't you think
they would be anarchists ?
