ATD critical reception re: Silverblatt

Not a useless observation, imo.

Well-deserved kudos to Tim Ware for his initiative and
lots of work on http://pynchonwiki.com, as celebrated
in the East Bay Express article.

GR is coming online in a wiki even as we speak, too, I
ported over the D (for Doug, naturally) index entries
last night.
