Omigawd! That's Lucina! I made a bunch of radio shows on Pagan roots 
of Christmas (finally starting up on the Wheel of the Year cycle, that just 
kept getting weirder and weirder---anybody else remember that M & D 
was issued on Beltane/Mayday? ) and on one of the later versions of the 
"Yuletime" show there's a delicious monologue of Z. Budapest where 
she's taking on the role of Lucina---Northern European/Scandinavian 
Goddess of Light, a feature in the days leading up to the intercalorie days 
(right about right now, in case you're interested) and who was inverted into 
Lucifer by the Christers.
