What's interesting here---and if you really want to find ground-zero 
paranoic reaction to "The Crying of Lot 49", then I'm your man---is 
that there is real attention and focus on philatalic concerns in 
"Against the Day". Yeah, the number of citations is small, but the
placement's interesting. And Tuva appears to be a world center of  
Fraudulent/Counterfit/"Cinderella" postage. So, I suspect that there 
are hidden Magical meanings on pages1080-1081 of"Against the 
Day", just as there are on page 152 of "The Crying of Lot 49".
