More reviews of ATD

Shindler's review has a few inaccuracies or vagaries. Merle Rideout
isn't part of the Inconvenience crew, for starters. Pretty weird mistake
to make. In fact, there's not much in there that can't be gleaned from
reading the blurb, the first few pages, and maybe a couple of other
reviews.

Not saying that's what happened in this case, but I wonder how many (and
which) reviews were written by people who didn't actually finish the
book, or just skimmed it? It's not unknown for a reviewer to do this in
order to meet deadlines; some publications put a premium on being the
first to get reviews out there.
