FW: Michael Moorcock review of ATD

This is SUPPOSED to be an un-moderated (if not immoderate) list
(though the list-nannies are ever present).  Subscribers are not
supposed to be 86'd (although it has been known to happen), but I do
remember some folks lately saying they'd been dropped from the list
(but I think that was the result of bounced emails from the list to
the subscriber).  Please ask John to resubscribe, under a pseudonym,
if necessary.
