GR & "absent" Holocaus

Sorry?  Who are you calling a Holocaust denier?  Not
me, I hope.  

Serious question, really, for "Morris" or anybody else
who cares to address it:  how is the Holocaust
"absent" from GR given the presence of these, and
perhaps other, direct references?

I've heard of statisticians who can prove - they've
got the statistics - that Rhode Island is bigger than
Texas, too. 

Come on, "Morris" - show your stuff.  How is the
Holocaust "absent"?  Can you explain that?  I bet
$1000 that you can't, not in any convincing way, and
I'll send McMullen a check to hold in escrow while you
dazzle us with your literary analytical skills.

Com on Morris, you've been taunting on this topic for
years, put up or shut up.
