BBC Radio 3 Pynchon

The discussion was broadcast on 21/11/06. Unfortunately the Beeb usually
make their programmes available online for just a week (i.e. with weekly
programmes, until the next one, with daily programmes you get a week's worth
at a time). So, as the mathematicians and temporal theoreticians amongst you
will have worked out, this particular programme would only have been
available up until 28/11/06 when it'd've been replaced by the programme
broadcast that evening. This is the BBC's explanation
<http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/audiohelp.shtml#sevendays> for the policy:
"Why are the shows only available for seven days?
There are various copyright issues relating to this service which mean we
are only permitted to offer these shows for a period of 7 days. Some
speech-based programmes may be available for longer."
Incidentally, the novel was also discussed on BBC Radio 4's Front Row arts
magazine around the time of publication. I recorded and listened to that at
the time; indeed it was one of the factors that nudged me into buying and
reading AtD. But I didn't realise it was about to become a major obsession
so I didn't keep it. Mea maxima culpa and I'll know in future. If any of you
should hear of anything coming up in the UK and would like to tip me the
wink I'll be happy to record it from whatever medium is involved.
Nick

There seemed to be a discussion of AtD on BBC Radio 3 But, got-damn it!,
there is no archive available, or maybe I don't know how to retrieve it.
