Seeing that, thanks to this day having no moonlight and
that the least daylight follows tommorow, it appears that we
are right now in the midst of a great seasonal slough.
So I decided to do a little channel surfing, ya know,
you're drinking tea anyway, whatca' gonna do with
all those leaves anyway, know what I mean?
Anyway, I sent Ya Sam's great round/flat link to my
Dickens' crazed sister, knowing she'd appreciate the article:

. . . .and used this as a signoff, and seeing as we are in the
midst of the season (that shall not be named), thought
some of you out there could bring yourselves towards the
radio, feel it's triodic warmth, bask in the glow of it's radionic
proximity effect:
This is Good old uncle "Al" Crowley, hoping you're enjoying the
sounds of endless night, and singing off with that great
Christmas standard; "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas"
as performed by Joy Division.
I really don't know why I said that, other than feeling like
Pynchon and the Firesign Theater on a cold Winter's Night
could make for some gripping tales while waiting for the
shitstorms to blow over. But thought I'd send all you folks
seasonal greetings and remind you all that this is as dark
as it's gonna get. Hope you all enjoy the intercalary days
coming straight ahead.
