Ok, cool! I also have been doing my homework by watching the
Simpsons.  I have paid close attention to the scenes where
Homer is choking Bart, hoping to hear the mythic 17-syllable
phrase referred to in AtD.  I have failed.  Have you, by any
chance, been able to hear more than:

	"Why you little..."

which, by my count, fails the standard by a count of 13.

	Can you help?
