Anarchy

Anarchy is in the eye of the targeted.   Who is calling Webb Traverse 
an anarchist?  Those at whom he aims his bombs.   I think if there 
are anarchists they are in hiding elsewhere in the book.   This is 
just mho, of course,  and I wouldn't know who to honor with the title.
