ATD: expanded ToC

Sharp-eyed Michel Ryckx noticed that I used 21.5 twice. I could explain the
deep numerological significance of a doubled 21.5 -- the Tarot's Icosadyad
minus one dead-but-talkative Webb, because on  page 215 (gettit?) he's slung
over Reef's saddle and therefore counts as half a Hanged Man -- but it would
be way over your heads, so I suggest you simply change the second instance
to 21.6.
