wanted to mention the paperback copy of "Dance the Eagle to Sleep" was
one of those old paperbacks ($1.00 from Abebooks) which have a
cigarette coupon (True cigarettes: remember those TV ads, "shouldn't
your brand be True?"
(one of the 1st low-tar cigarettes))

The pages are old and starting to yellow, and I stuffed my nose deep
into the opened book to get a long nostalgic whiff of 1970
