Host Sign-Up List: The Holocaust - Windy City Foreshadowings

Since I've never done this before & am  unfamiliar with it, can someone 
please tell me what's involved w. hosting? I'd  like to be involved but don't know 
how much time & effort I'll be able  to devote at that point, due to some 
other priorities, so depending...(though  thanks for inviting me)...?!
