I think it's possible - my take, anyway - that Amazon approached him for a
blurb to get people pre-ordering, & he came up w. this as a way of getting
them off his back, giving them enough of what they wanted and at the same time
showing that he was only half-heartedly into the selling of it, as opposed to
just writing it & letting it sell itself. And then, after they posted it on
the website, some high muckety-muck at Amazon prob. looked at it & said it
wasn't serious enough, so they took it down. Sound like a possibility, folks?!

PS - I'm still anxiously awaiting the rest of y'all to come up w. possible
stupid titles like I did, so we can all be proven wrong together...I don't want
to be the only one...
