I wonder how long it had been up there for before you came across it?  
Not long, I'd guess. It's interesting that the Amazon folks took it  
down again so quickly after you noticed it first and then posted it  
through here. Wonder who alerted them? And why they took it down? Some  
drone at Amazon or Penguin jumped the gun? A sneaky marketing ploy all  
along? Or just the usual shabbily-clothed shenanigans?
