... though there doesn't seem to be that predicted influx post-Slate.
Anyways:

There's a wealth of Pynchon-related information and commentary here.
The "Keyword" search of the archives and links at the bottom of the
"About" page are really useful:

http://www.waste.org/pynchon-l/

There's also a separate "Archives" by month listing at:

http://www.waste.org/mail/?list=pynchon-l

It's an open forum, and unmoderated, which is a good thing. However,
that also means that signal to noise ratio is generally pretty low,
traffic sometimes gets excessively high, and that the list has more
than its fair share of trolling and sock puppetry. And cranks. It has
pretty much always been that way. You'll soon see for yourself, but
forewarned is forearmed.

The "Keyword" search engine for the archives, once you get the hang of
it, is probably the best way to find specific info. The "Search by
author" and "Search by thread" functions on the month-by-month lists
also allow you to avoid a lot of the cruft.

You can also subscribe to the "Digest" version, which is daily, but a
lot of people post in html and RTF which screws up the formatting (in
the archives as well) and increases the download size of the Digest
version. Plain text messages are preferred.

Welcome.

best
