"It's nearly unheard of for Amazon to list a book
that's so ephemeral," to be accurate.  About the
quote, that is, not about amazon.  But amazon listed,
for example, these as well for years before actual
publication (I know, I watched, waited, so ...) ...

Although, I will say, they've never in all the times
I've checked for the past few years listed that
Berressem edited volume from my previous post (the
existence of which I STILL haven't confirmed), so ...

Point being, well, I'VE certainly heard of such
