Daw's GR summaries question

I've just begun re-reading GR, and I've checked in every so often with Daw's
summaries of the chapters.  I've noticed mistakes in almost every summary
I've read, things like attributing actions or thoughts to one character when
they seem to belong to another.

My question is, am I wrong?  His is an ambitious project, but if no one else
has noticed these types of mistakes, I've got a bit of re-reading to do.
