I think my problem with Libra is my problem with any sort of
"historical fiction"...  I don't really like it when authors put words
in predominant figures mouths...  if you know what I mean...  GR
might, in a way, be considered historical fiction, but I simply don't
view it as such.  Hard to describe.  It's one of the reasons I've been
sort of procrastinating as far as M&D goes, which I know is all kinds
of ridiculous, but it's just one of those silly hangups.

Then again, I read Libra around when I read Great Gatsby for the first
time, so it might be time for a re-read and perhaps my opinion will
change as it did for Fitzgerald's book.
