New Pynchon in December

I will make a gentlemen's bet that it will have something to do with
that Russian, only because that rumor has been floating around for a
long, long time I believe.  She may only figure in a minor aspect
however.

Also, I wish I would be in a position to get a review copy... damn!
Are there any book conferences later in the year that I could attempt
to crash?  I think I might still have my Godine intern badge kicking
around from ALA or BEA from last year, they don't really check that
hard...
