So far  you or Robt., or, for that matter, I know
right now, the only twisting going on here is in in
Robt.'s underpants.  There is absolutely no reason to
go on th attack when NONE of us has actually read the
ferschlugginer book yet.  But i'll post the seemingly
relevant bits when I get there.  Then I'm gonna go
back and read the Spiegelman, DeLillo and maybe even
Abish chapters and Robt. can calm down again ...

Meanwhile, if you "get" Pynchon (you left out an
implied "us" below, so i'm not sure what yr claim is
there ...), by all means, do explain.  Thanks ...
