Thanks, Michael. I'm only on two lists, Pynchon and His-Sheep,
and it seems amiss to see scriptures dropped on the Pynchon list.

The only thing not recovered from the car was the final CD of my
NIV audio bible, my favorite book, Revelations 2-22, which was
still blaring away when I got out of the car and could not stand up.

In the ER, I thought I would occupy myself by reciting parts of it,
but ended up repeating over and over, "Come, Lord Jesus", and
"The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all".

Before this happened, I'd had a vivid vision of a huge spherical boulder
that rolled, as if in very slow motion, out of my mouth and into some
other sort of chasm, like a tomb entrance. And beneath the boulder
I saw two forelegs and feet. One was gray and became motionless,
as if just having died, and this foot had a very old fashioned sandal
strapped on it. The other foot was bare and pink and lively.

Before the accident, I pondered, One Judas' foot; One Jesus' foot?

Now I recognize they are my feet. The sandal is in fact the "external
fixator" for my broken tibia and fibula, a tool-steel exoskeletion that
would appear more fitting on Robocop.

These are very specific signs given before, to inform afterwards, but
useless to interpret prior to change the outcome, even as my vision
several months before that mapped on New Orleans 'drome fiasco.

Living since my 1976 psychosis on the post-metanoiac crazy edge
that includes for example ideas of reference and messianic ideation,
I cannot press on any insight too seriously for fear it will debilitate.

But, you will notice that in my accident, there were two candidates
for a "stone cut out without hands". First and foremost, I remember
seeing a film as a kid showing that automobile block production is
fully automated. Also, the freeway center was is laid down as one
continuous contrete pour. Both of these things may be said to have
smote me on the feet, putting me in as the candidate for the fourth
"kingdom", at this moment having feet of clay (cf. adamah=mud?)
mixed with iron.

If I say the engine smote me, it indeed has "filled the whole world".

So maybe this epoch's end comes just because somebody finally
does some required thing, as Jesus did His specific thing in His day.

I may only be playing with half a deck, but I am playing
for all it is worth, for, "my very essence is at stake" (Nietzsche?)

hmm, wasn't meant to be
i was postulating like, if  a Pynchon signed 1st edition such as

in the trunk, I'd be disconsolate
If a sack of groceries were in there, much as I like food, I'd be more
interested in the deformation characteristics they exhibited
