well, I'm blessed to be a part of it! But I was trying to draw a
parallel between my own "rough-trade" (Rauhandel) experiences and the
Frenesi/DL bonding, and it only washes in a limited sense, though I
won't sell my own charms short...
Everybody wants Frenesi...hmm, as symbol: Frenesi, war baby, holy
frenzy of the swing era, but also "Free 'n' Easy", that woman on the
poster (with the blue shirt, bandana and biceps)'s daughter...the girl
raised with Movement values (ie Free Love, which was immediately
suppressed by the Bolsheviks)
back to them as representatives:
If Frenesi represents what might either be the falling-away-from or
the development of, in the 3rd generation, the dream of the One Big
Union (which gave us so many great posters, and epithets, and in the
early 1900s counted a lot of supporters and inspired many muckrakers
(btw Ida Tarbell's magazine was bought out by Rockefeller, there's
probably an interesting story behind that))
And DL is a runaway from, but also a scion of, the Chastain asskicking
tradition, which she brings to service in the cause of 24fps
...each generation handles and hands down roles and attitudes
so that Isaiah guy, named by his peacenik parents, embraces aggro -
but just the fun side of it, as a commercial proposition (which is a
way of beating swords into plowshares, after all)
When he approaches Zoyd to co-sign a loan (bad idea, I'm here to tell
you) Zoyd combines wiliness and hempen amotivation to elude the
obligation, but does hook "R2D2" up with a gig, opting to support a
musical tradition instead of a franchise operation
