Rent a car and take the short drive to Ft. Worth to see two really nice art 
museums, both right next to each other in the Ft. Worth Cultural District:

1.  Kimbell Art Museum:  A truly magnificent building, by Louis Kahn, a true 
master of modern architecture.  This trip is for the building.  The art is 
just OK.

2. Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth:  A new and very nice museum with a very 
nice collection, but permanent and not.
