GR cover art - if I were in the consulting supply chain, there would be a picture of a ukulele on the cover somewhere (in fact, Slothrop's desk with the jigsaw pieces? Hard to get that kind of detail, tho...perhaps the movie version on HDTV, prominent in the title montage)

I have let mentions of Bencoolen wash over me while reading M&D, but finally looked it up. It's in Sumatra, maybe that's implicit in the syntax
(M&D poring over their imaginary map of Sumatra on shipboard)
also, the lone fifer during the 2nd sea battle - I'd use him in my cover art were I on the M&D cover commission
