Sure, and if it's true, it is - I'm just saying that you seemed to
indicate that she was incapable of making such a statement. Everyone
is able to make a mistake, is my point, some more than others, what
this says about her writing is generally irrelevant as her books have
to be judged on their own merit (and from what I've read, I judge them
to be sub-par, but one of these days I likely will have to sit down
with Beloved and see if my opinion still stands). That said, I
shouldn't say Morriosn IS a shitty writer, more that I PERCIEVE her to
be a shitty writer.
