OK, but Robin found the Tibetan Telegraph Stamp which has the same
image as the stamp on the cover of the book.  The link he posted below
has a number of variations, but they all have the three-peaked
mountain that's on the book cover.  They also all have one or more
dragons, which I'd say is also on the book cover's seal.  The link
says it was used as currency (like our present-day postage stamp) to
pay for sending telegraph messages.  This was a great find.
