I'd respond to Macking but it would be like trying to
argue with my Mom, gotta love the old guy and just
truly hope it's not a stroke or something
uncomfortable or life-threatening that causes him to
go for the throat like this, now and again. Every
day's a blessing, going forward, as the paramedic said
when they were taking me to the ER a couple of years
back for my wake-up call, not long after they took our
beloved neighbor (named George Mason, I note in
passing, a name that popped up in the discussion here
recently) away for the last time.
