I think that the seal with the Snow Lion has so many connotations that if 
need be they might be unravelled for a long time: political dimension: Tibet 
occupied by China, the spiritual dimension: The Lion protecting Buddha, (as 
well as the protection properties of Fu-Dogs in Feng Shui), mandalas, 
Shambala (sought by the Nazis, as we know), artistic dimension: the 
iconography in Tibetan art, as well as Tibetan post stamps (Tristero?), 
coins etc.
