ATD Host List? (WAS Re: Trolling [was Re: ATD: cover seal])

I always find it amusing when someone who was once a lister returns and 
comments on how all the same flamers are at it, years later ...

Change of subject:

Since a few of the people on the list have copies of the new novel, might 
someone want to post a host list with page numbers so a few of us can 
reserve hosting duties when we get the novel?  Or do we have to wait until 
*everyone* has a book in hand before we do that?  Is a host list too soon?

I'd like to offer to co-host the first chapter with Dave Monroe, if a host 
list gets a-goin'.
