ATD: cover: "seal"

I would say at this point that the seal is more like a Tibetan coin
than a telegraph stamp, because of the round design.  The stamps all
have a rectangular design.  But from what we know of Pynchon's past
themes, I would have expected him to reference a stamp rather than a
coin.
