I'm not even sure Khyuying is the closest. What about Petsug?

I agree that it's a snow lion with three peaks--great work, folks--but,
unless I've missed something, I don't think there's been a match yet. Note
that, despite the smudginess of the image, there's a halo around the middle
peak. I figure it represents a cloud--and that there are also clouds to a
side of each of the other peaks.

Also...I'm not sure if this has been made clear yet...but the cover emblem
is
raised as well as colored.

PS: And yeah, there's an adenoidal quality to the image.
