P-List traffic controls

I don't want to go past my 1.3 post per day ratio index, but FWIW I  
decided to set up a filter list rather than continue complaining, and  
shit it works. I have successfully eliminated what I consider blather  
and no longer start and end my day with posts that bug the shit out  
of me. For example, if you find this blather annoying, filter me, at  
least until ATDATD. I will have input there that no one should miss.
