Round and Flat/Slothrop and Bianca

I think the "Slothrop inside his own cock" image anticipates the "Gottfried inside the rocket" image.  TRP is somehow trying to make a physical/spiritual connection betwen the three abused children: Slothrop, Bianca and Gottfried.  This doesn't really mitigate how disturbing the sequence is.  TRP has scenes of older men with little girls in V: the child-molester (forgot his name) in one of Stencil's flashbacks; Profane having sex with a 14-year-old on a pool table.  In VL, Zoyd feels a sexual attraction to Prairie as he's putting her to bed; Prairie's friend, the teen hooker.  Can't recall if there are similar instances in COL49 and M&D -- there are teen-aged seductresses in the latter.  TRP may be making some intellectual point with all of this, but there must also be some element of personal obsession.
