I probably shouldn't let you in on this, but ...

My husband changed our first son's diaper once in front of my mother, and basically never changed another.  My mother spent years telling everyone what a great dad he was, how he exemplified "the new feminist man," on and on, ad nauseum.  A neat trick.  Belated congrats, by the way.
