GR Companion 2nd Edition/Against the Day

Just thought you'd all like to now that it is available.  I received my copy 
at work, I manage one of those chain bookstores in Westchester County, NY,  
two days ago.  There were only 4 available from the Baker & Taylor 
warehouse.  They are one of the larger book wholesalers behind megalithic 
Ingram of course.  Also, Ingram received copies of Against the Day into 
their PA warehouse three days ago.  I ordered an additional two cases to 
supplement our stores initial order of 50.  Maybe it will be there when I 
arrive this afternoon.
