Lawrence Norfolk to discuss AtD

I would love to hear Lawrence Norfolk talking about AtD, but AFTER I have 
read it. Since my copy will be shipped on November 21, I hope that the audio 
file with this discussion will be preserved for my future reference. Norfolk 
is a good writer but he's not gonna spoil my pleasure!
