Another AtD review

Tieing this back in with Pynchon, kinda, can we reach a consensus on when 
The Simpsons had its 'shark' moment, or if there was no one moment or 
episode, exactly when it started to go off?

>From memory, I'm thinking around Season 10 when that idiot with the beard 
(Mike Scully was it?) took over and started doing little intros to the 
episodes wanking on about how many writers and hours it took to write each 
episode, etc.

In any case, The Simpsons was well into its decline by the time Pynchon made 
his head-bagged appearance(s), that's fer sure.
