Lawrence Norfolk to discuss AtD

I can record Internet Streams no problem... anyone know if those times are
EST?  would anyone know what time the broadcast on the BBC would be in EST?

I can also post the clip, once recorded to an internet site for all to
grab...

but I'd also be shocked if you couldn't listen to the archives anytime you
wanted.
