First ATD hatchet job

As an interested party, sort of, gotta chime in. Thanks for your support, 
John. It has become part and parcel of my philosophy here that there is a 
certain degree of 'rudeness' on the list that could be dismissed. I mean, 
that first sentence did sound a bit like provocation, but once pointed out  
David Morris did a very simple thing, which sometimes is not that easy to 
do: he said 'sorry'. There is a very thin line here between a healthy 
argument and an unhealthy war of words, that sometimes gets blurred. With 
AtD looming in the offing, the last thing I personally want to do is getting 
involved into an exchange of recriminations or insults, which would be just 
another example of a list :)
