Lists? Lists?
Check out George Mangles' "Frank's World". It is filled with lists. One of
the weirdest books I have ever read. Upon completing it, I thought 'If TRP
ever wrote under a psuedonym.' If nothing else, go take a look at the
hardcover in the library, it is a great package. Strange cover, endpapers
are a detail from Bosch's The Garden of Earthly Delights, unusual size.
Consider this small snippet from the middle of a paragraph in Chapter 3: The
Ubiquitious 'They'. The list begins on page 39 and continues until page 48.

.........and the forty-nine planes of existence and the music of the spheres
and octave shocks and devil's snuff and be-together powder and graveyard
dust and two jack's extract and the master musicians of joujoukas and the
sex pistols and john coltrane and sun ra and cecil taylor and karlheinz

 Just an amazing piece of work.
