It's a transition that the International Standards Organization (ISO)
is making right now. It will be effective Jan 1, 2007. This
transition will make more numbers available for ISBNs.
ISBN-10 : 159420120X is the number of ATD for use prior to Jan 1, 2007.
ISBN-13 : 9781594201202 is the number for ATD after Jan 1, 2007.
The 13s are 13 digits long while the 10s were only 10 digits long and
they were going to run out of numbers.
