I don't think they will get a 'scholar' to review the book. It will be
somebody they think is in the same zone. Steve Erickson (a long shot),
Richard Powers (early stuff, anyway), John Barth (odds on), Don DeLillo
(hmmmm, he does have a new book coming out), Robert Coover (that would be
interesting), or maybe Jim Dodge (just because of the intro to Fup).
Won't be Michiko, she does the daily stuff, and couldn't come up with an
essay length review anyway. Maybe she gets the assignment and passes it off
Phillip Roth (bwaaaaaahhaaaaahaaaaaaa)
