was already 30% off, meaning, not any more than amazon
inc. shipping, and amazon only shipped late last
night/this morning, so ...

Yeah, if yr in the area, I SHOULD have gone to
Peoples' Books, or even Woodland Pattern, but neither
had ordered copies (I checked, hoping they'd sell me
one early), and, yeah, I could have ordered them at
either way back when, but both get chumped by
puyblishers/distributors regularly, in my experience,
and (a) I needed one no later than today, and (b) I
kinda figured Schwartz's'd knock a little something
off the top immediately, so ...

Okay, Tim, I should be on my way shortly, couldn't
catch the 11:30, the 1:00 is one of those
by-way-of-hell-and-back-again trips, so the 2:30 bus
arriving ca. 4:30, so ...
