ATD: no Dedication?

None in my copy.  I had heard that the personalized
ARC's had a page marked Dedication TK or something
like that, and was expecting a Dedication. 
Surprising, after the previous books. 

Just looked at paperbacks of V. and TCOL49, didn't
find Dedications in them either.
